Property is located within San Diego County Multiple Species Conservation Plan Area (MSCP). Owner has certified property as wildlife/pollinator habitat. Native plant restoration in progress. Bird list available on request from owner. 8. Permaculture style organic fruit and nut orchard-- Rare varieties. Water-harvesting berms. Hand-watered. Plant/tree list available on request.
