He and his associates were courteous and honest. They were always responsive to our requests (and we made lots of requests!), and if a mistake was made they quickly corrected the situation. When it came time to sell our home, we were overseas and Bob and his crew took care of all the preparations, showed our home to highlight all its advantages, and had our home in escrow in less than 2 months while other very fine homes for sale in our neighborhood were still on the market. He was very strategic with the marketing. He used high photography, staging, on-line flyers, newspaper and even a drone to capture the beauty an essence with a short video virtual tour. He has a army of reliable, honest, fair priced, licensed contractors for every type of maintenance item you may need after an inspection. Bob was thorough with every aspect of our negotiation, paid close attention to the details of the contract and put us in sound position for a very complicated sell / buy conditional transaction. I highly recommend Bob. Not only is a great real estate professional, but he's a really nice guy (easy to work with and kept our head in the game when things got tough).

Bob came out at the top of the list and we feel very fortunate that we chose him. Bob and his team were always very professional, timely, and thorough. Their response time in returning calls and answering emails was second to none - even when out of the office and during non business work hours. When the house required maintenance, an appliance replacement, or a thorough cleaning, his office had the resources to handle whatever the need. When the house was recently put on the market it was a no-brainer to have Bob handle the listing. Shortly after listing on the MLS we had multiple offers.
