Their response time in returning calls and answering emails was second to none - even when out of the office and during non business work hours. When the house required maintenance, an appliance replacement, or a thorough cleaning, his office had the resources to handle whatever the need. When the house was recently put on the market it was a no-brainer to have Bob handle the listing. Shortly after listing on the MLS we had multiple offers. Bob carefully evaluated the offers, including the financial health of the prospective buyers, to insure that the offer was solid and had the best chance of closing escrow.
